Yingli Solar Q2 results: 662 MW of PV modules shipped; Gross margin slightly improved

Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (Baoding, China), known as “Yingli Solar,” on August 23rd, 2016 announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2016. The company shipped photovoltaic (PV) modules totaling 662.0 MW in the quarter, compared to 508.1 MW in the first quarter of 2016. Yingli Solar’s total net revenues were RMB 2,524.1 million (USD 379.8 million), compared to RMB 2,351.1 million in the first quarter of 2016.
