Solar Holdings, Ltd. announces potential sale of PV assets held by Sky Solar Japan for USD 165 million

Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. (Hong Kong), a global developer, owner and operator of solar photovoltaic (PV) parks, on August 17th, 2016 announced that the Company entered into a Letter of Intent with Solar Partnership Capital Ltd., a non-affiliate of the Company in certain Japanese PV projects, pursuant to which Solar Partnership confirmed its intention to acquire interests in 152 MW of solar projects from Sky Solar Japan K.K.
