Canadian Solar ships 1.3 GW of PV modules in Q2, 2016, exceeds quarter guidance

Canadian Solar Inc. (Gueplh, Ontario) on August 18th, 2016 announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30th, 2016. The company shipped 1,290 MW of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules recognized in revenue, compared to 1,172 MW recognized in revenue in the first quarter of 2016, and second quarter guidance in the range of 1,200 MW to 1,250 MW.
